Responsibilities:

• Providing support in gathering, designing and conceptualizing business solutions
• Ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured as technical specifications
• Serve as the front-line team member in addressing questions, clarifying the content and priorities
• Solutioning and implementing Salesforce.com to client’s expectations
• Assisting in training sessions with clients
• Gathering and recording critical information from meetings with various stakeholders
• Tracking and managing of project tasks assigned
