Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of digital platform/Financial projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
• Act as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders, including steering committees, and handle challenging discussions independently.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations with clear articulation and superior presentation skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology and business requirements.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent diploma
• Minimum 5–8 years in project management, preferably in digital transformation or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms. Basic knowledge of financial products is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders independently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including creating executive-level decks.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive results in complex environments.
