The challenge
Our client faced a significant challenge with their outdated Magento platform. With a global presence spanning the US, EMEA, and Australia, they needed a robust solution to modernise their online store while ensuring scalability and flexibility to support their international growth. The challenge was not just about migrating their existing store but also enhancing it with new features to deliver an unparalleled user experience across multiple regions and devices. and also align website design/features among the different regions.
The solution
Understanding the complexity and scope of the project, we initiated discovery workshops across the three key regions. Leveraging Shopify Plus, we developed a comprehensive migration plan, with the first MVP built within two months for the US market.
