Accessibility Statement
VISEO is committed to making its website www.viseo.com accessible, in accordance with national legislation transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
This accessibility statement applies to the website www.viseo.com.
Compliance Status
(b) Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the applicable standards, due to the non-compliance issues listed below.
Non-accessible Content
The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons:
(a) Non-compliance with national legislation
- Alternative Text & Visual Accessibility: Some images conveying information have an inadequate text alternative. For example, in the cookie preference modal, the “Onetrust” logo has an incorrect alternative text. Some information is conveyed solely through color (e.g., selected button in the tag list on the “Our Locations” page).
- Multimedia Accessibility: Pre-recorded time-based media do not have transcripts, notably on the “Work With Us” page.
- Link and Navigation Issues: Some links are not sufficiently explicit (e.g., social media links on the French site use English names). Some links lack accessible labels (e.g., partner image links on the “Partners” page).
- Compatibility with Assistive Technologies: Some interface components are not compatible with assistive technologies. For example, carousels lack descriptive information, and buttons on the mobile version (menu, search) are missing accessible names or have incorrect ones.
- Page Structure and Semantic Issues: Several pages do not have relevant titles (e.g., “Search Results” page title is in English on the French site). Language changes are not indicated in the source code. Some tags are used purely for presentation. Cookie modal content and settings lack structure. The “Legal Notices” page contains empty elements. Some headings are missing or improperly used (e.g., “Search Title” in the modal). Breadcrumbs are marked with an unordered list. Some citations are not correctly tagged (e.g., on the “Content Page”).
- Form Accessibility Issues: Some form fields lack labels (e.g., selection fields on the “Content Page”). Input validation lacks clarity (e.g., error messages on the “Contact” page do not name the erroneous field). Autofill suggestions are not provided for personal data fields on the “Contact” page.
- Gesture-Based Interaction Issues: On the “Work With Us” page (mobile version), video navigation requires a complex gesture (sliding with two points of contact) without a simple alternative gesture.
(b) Disproportionate burden
Not applicable.
(c) Content not within the scope of the applicable legislation
Not applicable.
