The client faced three primary challenges:
- Building a Presence on China’s Social & Market Platforms: Establishing a robust retail solution that supports integration with prominent Chinese platforms like Tmall and Buy Quickly.
- Driving Sales through Online/Offline Marketing Campaigns: Delivering strong functionalities to support a variety of marketing campaigns aimed at boosting sales in physical stores.

The solution
To address these challenges, VISEO implemented the CEGID Y2 solution across 260 stores in China. The solution featured:

- Cloud-Based Hosting: Real-time data integration with back-office CRM platforms, accessible by users through a secure cloud infrastructure.
