Job description

As a POS Service Delivery Manager in APAC, you will be required to assist our clients in the field of Retail and Luxury, on assistance to Project delivery, ownership, management of functional evolution projects and Application Maintenance. You will intervene high-quality of Sales Solution (POS), in full development of the growth of connected digital business. Beyond the historical features of these solutions - the functions of sales management, inventory management and collection in-store – they evolve to integrate for example:
  • Digitalization of the point of sale (clientele, cataloging)
  • Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click & collect etc.)
  • Unified Stock Management
  • Loyalty management
Responsibilities
  • Participate in APAC support projects, delivery, roll-outs including project objective, budget, plan, resources management, as well as for localizations and support after go live.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service-related issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of Point of Sale (POS) services to clients. Ensure timely & high- quality delivery of application/solutions as per client requirements. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Internal team management – Fostering high-performance team culture, mentorship and skill development. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security and compliance. Etc.
  • Ensure adherence to Agile, PMP, DevOps methodologies, and compliance standards
  • Prepare and present reports on service delivery performance, client satisfaction, and operational metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Profile
  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelors in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management, roll-outs and support in Asia including several localizations knowledge.
  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery management, preferably in the POS or Luxury retail sector. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks is advantageous
  • Good Communication and presentation in English
